Stationary Items (e.g., notebooks, pens, paper)

Must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. Individual pens or pencils must not have been tested or used.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •  Clearance or Sale Items (unless defective)
  •  Items Damaged by the Customer
  •  Consumable Items (e.g., used paint, opened ink cartridges, or partially used pads of paper).

Process for Returns and Exchanges

For Online Orders

  •  Packaging: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  •  Ship To: Contact us to know for confirmation.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days after the returned item is received for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
